Neurodiversity

ADHD is not a deficit to be cured it is a brain type to be understood. Traditional therapy often focuses on forcing neurodivergent you to fit into neurotypical boxes, which only breeds anxiety and burnout. My approach shifts away from pathologizing behavior and focuses on collaboration.

What we work on: Understanding executive dysfunction, building customized organizational tools, managing rejection sensitive dysphoria (RSD), and learning how to self-advocate at school and home.

Trauma can show up in many ways for young people from acute events to the toxic stress of feeling chronically misunderstood or unsafe in their environments. Trauma lives in the body and impacts how a child views the world around them.

What we work on: Creating a deeply felt sense of emotional safety, learning somatic and mindfulness strategies to regulate overwhelmed nervous systems, unpacking big emotions without shame, and processing past events at your child's pace.

LGBTQ+ Therapy

Navigating identity as a young person today can be beautiful, but it can also come with unique social and systemic pressures. I provide an explicitly affirming, safe, and celebratory environment where your child can explore, define, or simply exist comfortably in their identity.

What we work on: Navigating the coming-out process, building a resilient sense of self, managing stress, and offering systemic support to help families navigate transition or identity exploration together.
